I just had another great experience here at Larry H Miller Jeep! Traded up to the Gladiator I need for towing etc. Everything went smoothly and quickly! Thanks to Edgar and everyone else involved! We had a great experience buying our new Gladiator at Larry H Miller Jeep! Jude is an awesome salesman! Ray was awesome in helping everything go great! This was easily the best car buying experience we have had! It started out a bit rough, but everyone worked together with us, and it turned out great! We would recommend this dealer to anyone! I am writing this to let everyone know about the experience I had with Larry H. Miller Jeep. It was horrific. I felt like and I know I was scammed out of thousands. I was experiencing problems with my 2018 Jeep Compass in late June. My vehicle completely stopped on me while I was driving and I decided to take it to Larry Miller's. Big Mistake, First Red Flag. Took it in, told them everything I had replaced and if they could find out what the problem was with my Jeep stopping. The rep I was speaking with was Marcus. He asked me are you dropping the Jeep off or are you staying in the lobby? I told him I would stay up there. He said he would do a diagnostic test on it, I said okay. After 2 hours he came back and told me that 4 things were wrong with the truck. All the items he named had previously been replaced on the Jeep. I thought the problem was fixed, I didn't see no purpose in replacing anything I had gotten done. He told me the price was over $1000. The next following day, I was driving and my Jeep completely stopped on me again. Made another appointment to go back up there. This time I was going to leave my truck and I went and got a rental car. I kept calling up there everyday for a week. He kept telling me he was going to stay in contact with me. He never called, he never texted. Found out when I went back up there, they had the wrong number on my file. And that is why they weren't calling me. They had my email address and gave them my cellphone number before I left. It took them a week for them to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to get a rental for 6 days. Which was out of my budget. But I didn't have a choice, I needed to get back and forth to work. This is week one, now let's start with week 2. I had to wait for them to tell me what part they had to order for my car (fuel pump). That took another week. Mind you during this time Marcus had told me that they would order the part Tuesday evening as he was going to put a rush on it (some rush), should have it Wednesday afternoon, and have it to me by 5 o'clock that evening. I took his word on it. Wednesday comes around. He waits until late Wednesday to call and tell me that the mechanic took another person's Jeep ahead of mine, when mine was in a 'rush' and not only that but the mechanic won't have time to fix my vehicle that day. At this point, I feel like they no longer care if I was ever going to get my vehicle. Thursday rolls around and they waited all day to tell me my vehicle was ready before 5 o'clock. Mind you, I believed that they had the part up there and I had to wait another week for them to put it in. When I got my vehicle back, there were scratches all over the hood and there were large oil stains on the ceiling of my jeep. I wasn't expecting oil stains to be on the ceiling let alone my Jeep being scratched. I didn't expect to see it when I got back into my vehicle. I didn't notice it until I got home. They replaced the fuel pump and it was approximately $1400+. I was very disappointed with my service to the non-communication and from the replacing of products on my jeep I had already gotten replaced only a few months ago. Had to put it back in the shop at another location. This time it was fixed right. I will never again go back to Larry Miller and the only reason I am writing this is because I don't want anyone else to be robbed like I was.

It was worth the time. Gerry took the time to clearly review the terms for my new Compass, and both he and William (Bill) were thoughtful about pacing the process so everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. William is especially business-literate, which made the entire transaction feel professional and well-managed.

Wow ! Whole team had their backs against the wall. Computer snafu had them scrambling to get my trade-in/purchase completed. Mikey Ohanlon quick to greet me and get the ball rolling. Joseph Owens the Sales Manager and his team kept calling audibles until they found a work around to get me in and out in my new ride.
