We had a very good experience with MasterCraft Garage Door Service today. Dustin Burke came out to diagnose and repair our garage door problem and was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening with the door and how he fixed it. He worked efficiently, made sure everything was operating properly before he left, and answered all of our questions. It is always a relief to have someone who clearly knows their craft and treats customers with respect. I had a garage door installed a couple months ago. Everything was ok then I noticed the mounting block was cracking and the bolts were starting to come out. I sent Mastercraft an email with pics attached to show them what was happening. They sent Eric out to see what they could do to fix the problem. He pulled everything down replaced the block and everything is ok now. He said no charge. Mastercraft goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement. They are the best!

Jason was prompt and professional. He completed the repair very quickly using high quality parts. My garage door is truly better than new! Will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.
