Spoke with Nathan and David, they were both professional and nice. A/C issue was located and fixed. It was a great experience, will be going back for oil changes. Love the popcorn in the office as well!

Nathan and David help us get a oil change and full inspection done on our Prius today, we ended up having more work done on the car than we planned with new struts and such , and when we drove the car we were very pleased with the results. I originally came to Midas after receiving a flyer in the mail for a “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” tire promotion. I went online to check prices, but the website only showed the total for four full-priced tires. I still made the reservation assuming the discount would be applied in-store. When I received a call to confirm my appointment, I mentioned the flyer and was told I didn’t need to bring anything—though I brought it anyway just in case. When I arrived, I asked how long the wait would be since I had other things I could do, like walk my dog. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes max. It ended up taking just under two hours, which was frustrating. During the service, one of the staff members (who was polite) mentioned that the pricing I received online didn’t match what they had in-store. I was ultimately charged $90 more than what I saw online. To add to the confusion, a service package document was left in my car, and what was listed there was $50 less than what I was charged. That said, I received a call shortly afterward from the owner of the location, Nicholas. He was very kind, took the time to hear what happened, and reviewed all the documentation I provided. He refunded me the overcharged amount and even offered complimentary oil changes as a goodwill gesture—though I told him that wasn’t necessary, and I appreciated the effort. More importantly, he identified the team member who made the mistake and is taking steps to correct it. While the initial experience was frustrating and disappointing, I truly appreciate when a business takes customer feedback seriously and works to make things right. Nicholas went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and for that, I’m thankful.

The team was excellent. Super efficient and friendly. Brought my car in for a battery install and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Thats what you call good service. Thank you to Nathan and the whole staff for being super efficient and good people 10/10 definitely recommend for any auto needs.

David was extremely helpful and took great care of my Toyota Corolla. He checked the wheel alignment as a complimentary service and completed the required work at a very reasonable price by coupon discounts ,compared to competitor rates. He clearly explained everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His friendly attitude and genuine customer care are truly appreciated. Highly recommend David for his excellent service and professionalism.
