We had an amazing experience during our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The food was so delicious and consistently well prepared. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.

There are not enough words to describe the amazing vibe at the Scott. It's like Palm Springs meet Hawaii! I needed a little staycation for 1 and it was PERFECT! My room was amazing - the patio was quiet and calm and beautiful. The grounds are incredible - lush, tropical, calming water features and serene fire pits with boho seating. There are so many little sitting places to just escape to, sit a cocktail and enjoy some peace. Dinner at the restaurant was so delicious - I had the Crispy Salmon - YUM! The cocktails were delicious. My room had an adorable cocktail cart and a Nespresso machine. All the little details in this hotel/resort make every difference in a setting that is peaceful, fun and just good for the soul!

I had an amazing stay at the Scott this past weekend. I had the good fortune for my conference. The hotel was beautiful and well appointed. It was unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool or hot tub area but those areas were lovely and well maintained. The staff is terrific. Every single employee was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING, best shower I've had in a long time! The ONLY thing that I didn't love was that the bed and pillows were too soft for me. I slept well but had some difficulty falling asleep at night. Other than that, the rooms were well appointed and nicely decorated.

Well maintained vintage hotel with rooms that are large, updated and well appointed. The bed and linens were luxurious and super comfortable. They had plenty of staff that were always courteous and helpful. The property is very large and spread out but grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The pool was very clean. The meeting rooms were conducive for business and the staff unobtrusive...they were readily present but you really didn't know they were there. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything they had to offer.

My wife and I recently got married at the Scott Resort & Spa. The venue was beautiful, the food tasted great, and the day of service was good. That's where the positives end. Communication with anyone at the resort in advance of the event was nothing short of a nightmare that made the overall experience so much more stressful than it needed to be. Our event planner was unreliable and took weeks to get in contact with. It seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and often took over a week to respond every time we reached out via email. The housing and billing manager had to be told to fix several mistakes with the booking of our contracted rooms, one of which took 3 tries to finally get the correct end result. The planning process fell behind schedule on multiple occasions, and the only reason the day of the wedding went so well is because of how amazing our 3rd party day-of coordinator was. There is evidently a total lack of communication between operating arms at the resort. During our menu tasting, we were provided food that apparently was not included in our package. The day of the wedding we were told that one of the meals we tasted would not be available, despite us asking for it directly. We also received complaints from multiple guests that the person working the front desk didn't have any idea there was even a wedding that day and could not direct guests to the ceremony location. The rooms were fine, but not worth the price. Even at the discounted price offered under our event contract (which was about 60% off), the rooms were underwhelming and didn't feel very "luxury." Some of our guests even had a few issues with their rooms, such as a mildew smell and a broken sink. Overall the venue is pretty and the serving staff during the reception were great, but everyone else we worked with made the process much harder than it needed to be. The rooms didn't feel worth the price, and their communication with us was shaky at best. Save yourself the trouble of booking an event here.
